- Media: Images and Video CVs you choose to upload.

We use your data solely to connect you with opportunities:
- Matching: Showing you relevant local jobs or candidates.
- Safety: Verifying accounts to prevent fraud and ensuring community standards.
- Experience: Improving app performance and fixing bugs.
3. Security & Sharing
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your public profile (name, stats, work history) is visible to other users to facilitate hiring. Private contact details are only shared when you proactively connect with another user (e.g., getting hired).
We employ industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest.
4. Your Rights
You are in control. You can update your profile information at any time via the app settings.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so instantly from the Settings page. This action is permanent and wipes your data from our servers.
